•CANCELLATION POLICY•

Hi everyone! I appreciate every single one of you and your support of Rascals Mobile Pet Grooming. I completely understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly-whether it’s work, family, or a pup not feeling their best.

However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows do make it difficult to run my small business and keep my schedule running smoothly, so I kindly need to implement the following policy to effective from Wednesday 14 January 2026.

You are always welcome to contact me to discuss exceptional circumstances.

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before your appointment — no charge

• Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment — 50% of the service fee

• Same-day cancellations or if you or your dog are not home when I arrive — 100% of the service fee

If a fee applies, an invoice will be sent and is kindly requested to be paid within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: by booking an appointment with Racsals Mobile Pet Grooming you accept this policy.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided unless explicit prior written agreement has been given by the recipient of payment (the seller/service provider).

This means:

  • Payment = completed transaction

  • No automatic refund rights exist under any circumstances

  • Requests made after payment will not be honoured without our express approval

  • Any discussion of a possible refund must happen before or at the time of payment — not afterwards

Exceptions (only when we have clearly agreed in writing):

  • We mutually agree a refund is appropriate

  • We mutually agree on a partial refund / credit / replacement

  • A different arrangement was discussed and confirmed in advance

By making payment you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept this “No Refunds” policy in full.
